Catastrophic Release Scrubbers

Jupiter Scientific offers a number of scrubbers to serve as final abatement from large cabinets, fume hoods, reactor enclosures, and from excursions that make it past existing scrubbers.

Olympus Dry Scrubber

With capacity up to 2000 CFM the Olympus is the ultimate catastrophic release scrubber . The Olympus has the ability to scrub multiple complete cylinders of gas to sub IDLH or LEL.

The Olympus is placed directly inline with facility ducting. The Olympus 1000 features 12" inlet and outlet fittings and can handle 1000 CFM flow while the Olympus 2000 has 16 inch inlet and outlet fittings and can handle 2000 CFM flow.

Europa Dry Scrubber

Europa provides catastrophic or end-of-line protection for flows up to 500 CFM while remaining mobile and easy to replace or refill. The Europa is a remarkably versatile scrubber and can provide economical and highly efficient scrubbing as a point-of-use scrubber on large flow applications.

Inline Protection Scrubbers

These canisters can be inserted directly in the piping before or after existing scrubbers to remove contaminants that scrubber cannot reach or to polish off the effluent before it is released from the facility. Alternatively these scrubbers can defend against excursions from failed scrubbers upstream.
